We act as controller for our own sites and as processor for customer-provided data. This notice applies to EEA/UK data subjects using our services.

Lawful Bases

We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (product improvement, security), legal obligations, and consent where required.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to certain processing, and data portability where applicable.

How to Submit a Request

Send data subject requests to support@iearneasy.com. We may need to verify identity and will respond per statutory timelines.

Subprocessors & Transfers

We use vetted subprocessors for infrastructure, analytics, and payments. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on approved safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
